Lakes are slowly turning from ice to open water. The snow in the Twin Cities has melted. But I wouldn’t really consider this Minnesota spring……
Looks like another week of cold temps, rain, snow, ice, grey skies, and low lake front inventory. Hopefully starting next weekend we’ll start to see the sun and warmer weather. I know it’s much more enjoyable to shop for waterfront homes when the weather is nice and the ice is gone. A couple sellers I’m working with are waiting for improved conditions prior to photographing and listing their homes, as open water and green grass are ideal. It’s common to wait for warmer weather to list and with it’s arrival we should see an increase in inventory to help you buyers find your next waterfront home. If you’re a seller of a waterfront home or standard residential please reach out to discuss your listing timeline. We still have plenty of time to plan the perfect spring or summertime listing!
I look forward to a year packed full of new buying and selling clients. Thanks!
