What a beauty of a Midwest summer for 2020! As we move towards autumn weather and less humidity, there still will be enjoyable boat rides, fishing, and sunsets. There also will be lake homes to be bought and lake homes to be sold. The fall market usually provides strong inventory after a slower lazier August, and this year should be no exception.
If you are looking to list a lake home, contact me soon to take advantage of the grass and trees still green, which provide excellent professional listing photos. Even if you don’t plan to list for awhile these pictures can be saved and used to accompany those as the seasons change, and your home becomes ready for market. Summer photos taken now look excellent sprinkled into a late fall or an early spring listing when things aren’t summer green and need a little lake life reminder.
If you are searching for a waterfront home, be ready to get out and look! Inventory should increase and you can move in prior to the winter weather. I’m planning on a busy fall for all my buyers and sellers, and I look forward to helping with all your waterfront transactions. Thanks!
